if your not suited to the design of our personal website demonstration, dont worry because we include lots of different themes with your website installation. You dont need to know any HTML or programming to change the look of your website, simply pick a theme from the list in the admin section and click the 'save changes' button. its just too easy to control your personal website and get it just the way you want it to be.

this is a demo news article. when publishes it will go to the front page. you can also change what sort of content is on the home page. ie, you may want downloads or surveys to be on the first page instead of news. this can be changed in the admin pages.
